Hi, The diet should be a combination of proteins Carbs and good fats along with 3-5 servings of fruits and vegetables. You should be eating atleast 5-6 meals a day- 3 of which is your breakfast lunch and dinner and the rest 3 snacks spaced at 3 hrs. Drink atleast 3.5- 4 liters of water. out of the 3 snacks one can be roasted nuts, one can be a soup(homemade -not ready to eat) and the other a fruit or a salad Include Dilli leaves, methi, jeera, garlic to improve breast milk. Exercises like Air cycling, surya namaskar, half planks and crunches can help reduce tummy. Consistent and persistent efforts will give you results.
Hi, Use castor oil mixed with jojoba oil everyday massage for 15 mins before bath. Always apply moisturizer after bath. Looks for body butters which nourish your skin, Internally consume protein rich foods like eggs, sprouts, pulses as a part of every meal.They help in reducing the stretch marks

Hi Have natural foods. Drink atleast 3-3.5 litres of water. Eat fruits and vegetables. Include fresh corn, legumes, buttermilk, milk, eggs, oranges,lean meat, dark leafy vegetables as a part of everyday meal. As for the exercise it is based on what you have been following thru your initial period of pregnancy. Without knowing your history it wont be the right advice to give. All the best
Hi Include lot of liquids like fresh fruit juices, soups as a apart of your diet. Also increase your water in take. Foods that help include green leafy vegetables like dilli, methi and herbs like jeera and garlic will help increase milk production.
