INGREDIENTS
(Serves 2)
50 gms white sesame seeds
20 gms butter
5 gms flax meal
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 spoon Stevia

METHOD
  1. Mix Chia seeds with 3 tsp water and keep aside for 10 minutes till seeds absorb all the water.

  2. Dry roast sesame seeds on a low flame in a wok for 3-5 minutes till seeds starts spluttering.

  3. Let it cool and then make a fine powder in the mixer. Add melted butter, stevia, flax meal and chia mix.

  4. Remove the mix and keep it in a fridge for an hour.

  5. Shape this mixture into cookies and bake at 180 degree celcius for 10 minutes.

  6. Let them cool before eating them.
