INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4)
1cup of ragi flour
1-1/2 cup of water
2tbsp of rice flour
1 pinch of hing
Salt as per taste

METHOD
  1. Take a bowl. Pour ragi powder. Add rice flour, hing, salt as tasty, and water. Mix well. Now, the batter is ready.

  2. Heat the pan, pour a little batter into it and spread it. After 5 minutes, take it off the stove and serve hot. 👍😊
