INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4)
Mushroom - 1 packet
Onions - chopped - 3
Cashew - 15 pieces
Watermelon seeds - 20 gm
Salt - acc to taste
Garam masala - acc to taste
Milk - acc to the amount of gravy
Kasturi methi - for garnishing

METHOD
  1. Wash mushroom and cut into pieces.

  2. Finely chop the onion, cashew & watermelon seeds.

  3. Add milk to these chopped things to make paste.

  4. Put oil in the pan & add paste creamy opinions mix with cashew & watermelon seeds.

  5. Golden brown it.

  6. Add mushroom pieces & milk according to the thickness of gravy.

  7. Add salt & garam masala according to the taste.

  8. Add Kasturi methi for flavour & garnising.

  9. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes.
