Mango Corn Flour Halwa

INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4)
Corn flour 1 cup
2 cup milk
1 cup mango pulp
1.5 cup sugar

METHOD
  1. Mix 1 cup cornflour with 2 cup milk and keep it aside.

  2. In a kadai, put 1 1/2 cup sugar, 2 cup of milk and 1 cup mango pulp (use a blender to get the mango pulp).

  3. Let the sugar melt and then add the cornflour mixture to it.

  4. Stir it on low flame till it becomes a very thick consistency.

  5. Then, add 4 tbsp ghee and mix well.

  6. Next, add chopped cashews.

  7. When it becomes the right consistency, pour into the ghee greased plate allow it cool n cut d pieces.
