INGREDIENTS
(Serves )
Eggs - 3
Rice - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper powder
Carrot - 1
Capsicum -1
Oil as required
Coriander for garnish

METHOD
  1. Cook rice separately and keep aside first.

  2. Chop carrot and capsicum into small dices. You can add more veggies if required.

  3. Place a pan on stove and add oil to it.

  4. Beat the eggs in the oil and mix it thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to it..

  5. Add veggies and mix properly. After it gets cooked add rice to it.

  6. Mix everything properly and add salt for rice too and garnish with coriander leaves.

  7. Egg fried rice is ready to taste.
