INGREDIENTS
(Serves 1)
Rice (100gm)
Moong Daal (50gm)
Apple (1)
Cinnamon powder (1/4 teaspoon)

METHOD
  1. Chop the Apple into small pieces.

  2. In a katori, steam them in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles.

  3. After they cool blend them into a puree.

  4. Cook rice and moong daal together in a cooker for 3 whistles.

  5. Then add Apple puree to it and serve.
