When you are 7 weeks pregnant, your baby is the size of a chickpea and still has a tail! The heart and brain are getting more complex by the minute. The baby's arms are formed and bent at the elbow. Your baby's eye folds are now visible too.
You may not even be showing yet but internally, the changes going on are massive. As the baby grows you may suffer through some abdominal cramping. You will be on top of the world one minute and down and out, the next. Mood swings at the smallest of things, insomnia and the vividest of dreams when you do sleep. Your 7th week of pregnancy will be a rollercoaster.
Food & Nutrition
It is important to keep hydrated to steer clear of cramping. Lassi, lemonade, coconut water and other juices are a good idea. Its a good idea to binge on all proteineceous food.
Fitness & Exercise
Staying active will result in a healthier and happier pregnancy. It will instill stamina for an active birth and bring the baby in an appropriate position for birthing. Make sure that the exercise you take on is safe.
