34 Weeks is all it takes for your baby's lungs to be fully developed! Your baby is the size of a large cantaloupe melon and weighs 2.1kg. Your baby, if born at this stage will be competent to survive on its own with a little medicall help.
Your pelvis may seem numb as your baby weighs down on the nerves in that area. Your vision may seem blurry and eyes may feel irritated and dry. This is normal and is no cause for concern.
Food & Nutrition
Keep hydrated and this will put an end to much of your troubles. Drinking water is not the most enticing thing out there, give watermelon a shot. Its a clever way to keep your body well watered.
Fitness & Exercise
Make yoga your best mate in this one last month. Flexability and endurance is all you seek and yoga will bestow that upon you.

Hi doctor, I am 33 weeks pregnant, last time when I visited the doctor my baby growth was normal, but today when I visited the doctor she said that baby grwth is slow. Although I am 33 weeks pregnant but baby growth is like 28-29 weeks only, I have gained weight as well but still baby growth is slow. I am very tensed, what should I do for proper baby growth ? Please suggest
