Ideal weight gain
Your baby is the size of a medium pupmkin on week 28 of your pregnancy and weighs 1KG! Your baby can now sense light and will move away from it. Fat continues to layer up under the skin.
Your final trimester has officially begun! You will gain an additional 5 Kgs this week. You will sleep easier this week, sleep on your side and you may make it through the night without waking up!
Food & Nutrition
Before you consume food, keep these things in mind. Boiling or steaming food maintains its nutreint quotient. Eat meals that are cooked right then as every time you reheat food it loses its nutritents.
Fitness & Exercise
Keep doing yoga and swim if you feel upto it. Exercises are absolutely safe but have someone around when you're at it to aid you. If you decide on aerobics, make sure you have a well trained instructor.
Low impact Aerobics
I am 27 weeks pregnant and facing problem of insomnia. As a result my face has become shrunk and developed dark circles. I dun feel fresh at all. Facing bad days. Actually I travelled to my in laws and change of place has resulted in these symptoms and now m going back may be I will get my sleep back. Pl suggest ladies. Anyone facing same prob?
