Ideal weight gain
In your 23rd week your baby is the size of a large mango and weighs just as much as one too, about 500 grams. The baby's lung is developping quick to help him or breathe when they are outside. The baby is swallowing often now.
A common complaint at this stage in pregnancy is bleeding gums. Pregnancy hormones cause gums to swell up and brushing may result in bleeding. Nose bleeds are quite common too.
Food & Nutrition
Sprouts and soya will help with the constipation. Rice, curd and bajra can help with this too. There are recipes you could try to make it less diffcult on your palate, to eat it.
Fitness & Exercise
Posture plays a role more important than you realize. Bad posture can result in aches and pains that last well into pregnancy and remain even once your baby is born. Try and be mindful of posture, support your belly with a maternity belt and always keep your shoulders straightened.
