Ideal weight gain
At 22 weeks your baby is the size of a squash and weighs 430 grams. Your baby resembles a little new born and has fully formed lips. The development of the pancreas are underway.
You will gain about 225 grams each week and will find yourself hungry all the time. Instead of leaning in towards cakes and ice creams look for healthy substitutes. Vaginal discharge at this stage is common so do not be alarmed.
Food & Nutrition
Make juices your best friend this week. Betroot and Carrot should be top choices for juice. Watermelon juice is a good idea too.
Fitness & Exercise
You should know by now, what exercise suits you best. You can switch it up if you like, a new activity everyday.
