You are 19 weeks pregnant and are halfway there! Your baby's sensory development is underway. The baby is as big as a tomato and weighs 240 grams. If your baby is a girl she has 6 Million eggs that will reduce to 1 million by the time she is born.
Your Body
Your uterus grows at a rapid rate and this may cause abdominal cramping. Slip into lose and comfy maternity clothes to keep discomfort at bay. Pregnany can cause nasal congestion and make you snore! You will be up in the nights scavenging for food and this is normal.
Food & Nutrition
Your diet should definitely consist of Vitamin B containing food, its of the utmost importance. Vitamin B and good fats take part in the development of the baby's brain.
