You are a lot more at ease this week with your body but the indigestion problems will however, linger. You will have a scan to check for abnormalities and will watch your baby kick and move at the doctor's. This will be a day you won't forget. Your feet will swell so you better get bigger more comfortable shoes.
Food & Nutrition
Eat fruits all day, in between meals. This is good way to keep you full, hydrated and keeps you from bloating too fast.
Fitness & Exercise
Perfect time for water related exercises to cause less strain to your back. Try holding yoga postures for longer to build restraint and endurance. They will come in handy in the later stages of your pregnancy.
