Food & Nutrition
Fish is priority this week, at least, 2 portions a week. Iron consumption is the goal and it can be best done via non vegetarian food sources. Pulses is the best way to go for vegetarian folks.
Fitness & Exercise
A 30 minute exercise everyday is a must and should not be neglected. Sitting yoga postures will help a great deal with backaches that may occur during this period.

Hi everyone.... I am 13 weeks pregnant... Since last 10 days suffering from heavy constipation problems.... Doctor gave gutclear syrup to take at night.... But now new problem started.... Some blood patches or muscle like structure seen Wen I go for long call toilet... There is no problem with uterus side... Due to this very much pain also in lower back body... Like we have in periods... Plz help wat to do... Doctors say it's nothing... But I am afraid is it piles...?
I am pregnant and staying in mums place until delivery. But miss my hubby a lot.We miss our bonding and he is not able to stay with me more than the weekends .Does my baby's bonding with her/his dad be missed at this time? Also we did not have sex even once after pregnancy because of staying here.so chances of normal delivery is less? I have been advised to be in bed rest too.pls clear my doubts. Thanks.
