When you are 14 weeks pregnant, your baby is the size of a peach and weighs almost twice as much as he or she did last week, 43 grams. Your baby is growing hair all over their body to protect themselves. The baby grows each day quickly and efficiently.
Look forward to freedom from the horrid banes of pregnancy like nausea, fatigue and insomnia. You will meet with sound sleep for the first time in months this trimester so, live it up!
Food & Nutrition
Fish is priority this week, at least, 2 portions a week. Iron consumption is the goal and it can be best done via non vegetarian food sources. Pulses is the best way to go for vegetarian folks.
Fitness & Exercise
A 30 minute exercise everyday is a must and should not be neglected. Sitting yoga postures will help a great deal with backaches that may occur during this period.
