You have stepped into your second trimester and can officially bid farewell to fatigue and invite into your life some libido. Your energy now will be off the charts as your nausea will fade. At this stage, breastmilk production is underway.
Food & Nutrition
At this stage of pregnany heartburn is quite common and and eating ripe papayas will help in ridding it. Eating carrots and spinach will aid a great deal in breast milk production.
Fitness & Exercise
Its important to keep fit as your pregnancy may be giving your immunity a hit. Keep at whatever physical activity you've chosen to keep from falling prey to bouts of cold and cough.
