When you are 12 weeks pregnant, the baby's eyes now move towards the center of the face, moving in from the sides. Your baby is the size of a lime and weighs in at around 7g. His or her ears are now in place too.
With the advent of the 12th week you can bid farewell to nausea and morning sickness and say hello to a healthy apetite. Let the cravings begin! You are beginning to show and will decide on loose clothing from this week going forward.
Food & Nutrition
Your baby is in dire need of calcium so eat calcium rich food along with your regular supplements. Stay away from undercooked meat as this may wreck havoc to your health.
Fitness & Exercise
Low impact aerobics, swimming and walking is what you should focus on. Your bump is quite little and does not get in the way of your activities so make the most of it.
