Well, good news everyone, Kareena has finally revealed her diet that she followed during her pregnancy. In an interview with one of India’s leading nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, Kareena laid out a pointwise plan on what to do and how to follow a proper, nutritious diet plan.

1. Eat all the vegetables with no exception

One important thing that she highlighted was that it is important you eat all the vegetables. And by all, she really did mean ALL. By eating the vegetables you actually get the best nutrition from all of them and there is a reason why these vegetables exist on earth. Also, only when your child will see you eating these vegetables will s/he start eating them and once you make them used to eat all the vegetables when they are young, they will automatically eat them the rest of their life.

2. The best way to avoid morning sickness in those early months

The one advice Kareena had for pregnant women who have morning sickness is that they shouldn’t drink tea or coffee on an empty stomach. Instead, having Nimbu Paani with black salt and buttermilk with asafoetida can significantly reduce the chances of morning sickness. You can also have local food and a lot of seasonal fruits – Jamun, strawberries cherry, mangoes, etc.

3. Have breakfast like kings would

Breakfast is truly one of the essential meals of the day. You have breakfast after almost 10-12 hours of food and this breakfast is what provides that much-needed energy for the day. So, just have your breakfast to the fullest. And after that, you can have just a fulfilling lunch. Something to pull you through the rest of the day.

4. Sleep early and get up early

Sleep is one of the most important things in a person’s daily life. Until and unless you get proper sleep you will feel tired and your body will try to stay active while affecting the other parts. So, try sleeping early and then wake up early in the morning. Research has actually found that a morning person tends to be more productive and hardworking which will definitely help you through.
