This Winter Green Smoothie Recipe Is A Must In Your Diet-Plan

Containing the goodness of greens and all the nutrients that come with them, this smoothie is sure to give you amazing health benefits. - ¼th cup carrot juice

- ½ cup orange juice

- 1 cup spinach

- 1 cup roughly chopped kale

- 5 small sliced broccoli florets

- 1 sliced banana

- 1 chopped apple


- Combine all the above-mentioned ingredients in a blender and blend till it becomes smooth. 

- You can also change the ingredients or modify them a little to include those green leafy vegetables which you think will be more beneficial for you.
