This Winter Green Smoothie Recipe Is A Must In Your Diet-Plan

Containing the goodness of greens and all the nutrients that come with them, this smoothie is sure to give you amazing health benefits. These ingredients will help you reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease since they are low in fat, high in dietary fibre, rich in folic acid, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium.

Ingredients:

- ¼th cup carrot juice

- ½ cup orange juice

- 1 cup spinach

- 1 cup roughly chopped kale

- 5 small sliced broccoli florets

- 1 sliced banana

- 1 chopped apple

Recipe: 

- Combine all the above-mentioned ingredients in a blender and blend till it becomes smooth.
