Ladies out there! We hear so many complaints and concerns regarding dry skin and other related skin issues especially after pregnancy. Who wants scaly, itchy skin right? It makes feeding a pain as well. How do we get rid of it without damaging our skin further, though? Here are some quick fixes we recommend to get rid of that pesky, flakey, dry skin, which also address some concerns regarding dry skin removal.


#1 Water Temperature


This may not be as quick as you'd like, but this will definitely help in preventing the same or similar problems from cropping up in the future. With having a bath, make sure that the water isn't too hot. Water at very high temperatures tends to steal the body of its natural oils which are essential in keeping the skin moisturized.


#2 Honey

#4 Milk

#7 Winter


In the winter, the air tends to be dry. Alternatively, using a heater could lead to the dry air. Ensure that a humidifier is kept functioning in your room in order to ensure that the dry air doesn't suck the moisture out of your skin.


#8 Moisturize


This is the most basic rule to get rid of dry skin. After every bath, apply a gentle layer of moisturizer on your skin.
