Ingredients:
Muskmelon - nearly 10-12 pieces
Banana - 1
Dry grapes (soaked for 1 hour) -10
Cashew - 10
Chilled Milk - 3 tbsp
Method:
In a blender add muskmelon pieces, banana pieces, raisins (dry grapes), cashew, milk and blend it. Take the shake out of the blender into a serving glass and serve it. Healthy shake is ready.
Note: For extra sweetness we can add dates syrup.
