During the hot summer months, it feels so tempting and refreshing to have a nice milkshake. Besides, we all know how a cool milkshake can calm down a fussy child's tantrums in summer. But you wouldn't necessarily want to head outside for a glass of milkshake. You would much rather make it and enjoy it at home. So, here's a delicious recipe for musk melon and banana shake which will leave your kids asking for more.
Preparation time:10 minutes
Muskmelon - nearly 10-12 pieces
Banana - 1
Dry grapes (soaked for 1 hour) -10
Cashew - 10
Chilled Milk - 3 tbsp
In a blender add muskmelon pieces, banana pieces, raisins (dry grapes), cashew, milk and blend it. Take the shake out of the blender into a serving glass and serve it. Healthy shake is ready.
Note: For extra sweetness we can add dates syrup.
