Cold feet are a result of anxiety, stress and lack of oxygen in the body. Our bodies are so sensitive to change that it easily shows bodily signs that we are deficient in something, be it nutrition, oxygen or even sleep.

The blood flow in our body is dependent on oxygen intake. So the more you breathe the better will be the flow of oxygen in your body. -Heat some coconut oil and apply it on your feet.

-Use circular motions in a therapeutic way.

-Apply gentle pressure with your fingers and begin massaging from the ankle to the toe.

-Do it for about 10 minutes and wear some cotton socks right after.

-It will help you keep your feet warm and healthy.

2. Hydrobath trick

-This is the best way to cure cold feet. All you need to do is, add few drops of rose water, cypress essential oil, ginger and peppermint in a tub of hot water.

-Sprinkle some Epsom salt in the water mix before you soak your feet.

-Soak your feet in it for about 15-20 minutes.

Pat them dry and apply some moisturizer.

Put your socks on and enjoy the warmth and the relief.

3. Naked feet therapy

Walk on fresh grass early in the morning to boost the blood and oxygen circulation in your body.

4.Drink green tea

It is a natural and herbal cure for cold feet. It helps in regulating the functioning of blood vessels and the overall oxygen circulation in the body.

5. Foot exercises

It is essential that you keep the blood flowing in your system continuously to keep them warm. It helps in strengthening blood vessels and improves circulation. Moreover, it improves our oxygen intake.

Exercise #1

Stand up straight on your toes for about 1 minute.

Slowly get back on your heels.

Rotate your foot one after the other in clockwise and anticlockwise direction.
