3. Eating late in the night can cause an increase in indigestion. Your body is accustomed to slow digestion in the night, so it is advisable for you to eat a minimal amount at night. Eating late only increases the chances of indigestion. Since your stomach works slower in the night, eating late does not digest your food completely, leaving the reminiscence of last night's food in your stomach.
4. While working on reducing indigestion, ensure that you do not follow any of these instigators that trigger the problem further. Bending down, drinking fruit juices or eating chocolates can increase uneasiness.
