🌞Summer means happy times and good sunshine.Lemon and cucumber drink 🍹with a few sprigs of mint is a great refreshing drink during summer season Cucumbers are low in calorie and do not contribute much to your weight gain. You can thus keep at bay obesity at this time.They are rich in water that helps preventing dehydration when you are pregnant

Cucumber & Lemon Drink

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups roughly chopped cucumber

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp finely chopped

mint leaves (pudina)

1/4 tsp black salt

2 cups chilled Sprite(optional)

Preparation timing 10min serving for 3

Blend the cucumber in the mixer, without using any water, until smooth

Strain the mixture using a strainer in a deep bowl

Add the lemon juice, mint leaves, salt and Sprite and mix well

Pour the drink into 3 individual glasses and serve immediately
