Due to dehydration our cells and organs can lose their ability to function properly. We need to drink at least 2-3 litres of water in a day to keep ourselves hydrated.

Previously when I used to get late for work, I’d skip my breakfast without even giving it a single thought. Slowly it started reflecting on my health and I started experiencing extreme weakness as well as loss of productivity. I immediately changed my food pattern and make sure never to skip a meal again. Maintaining a proper food pattern is important for a healthy lifestyle.
Improved nutrition intake:
Right nutrition plays an important role in the proper functioning of our body. Combined with physical activity or exercise, a nutrient-rich diet keeps us healthy and help us fight disease-causing bacteria.
I make sure to prepare meals that are packed with essential nutrients so that my family’s nutrition intake is on point.
