8 Foods You Should Have On An Empty Stomach

 

As you wake up from the long night’s rest, your internal organs are still waking up. In order to wake them up and to kickstart your day, you need to eat something. As your stomach is not yet ready to process heavy foods yet, the first thing you eat needs to be gentle on stomach.
