1. Avocado Smoothie:
Ingredients:

1) ⅔ cup avocado

2) Honey

3) Lemon juice

4) Ginger

5) 1 cup ripe mango

6) 1 cup ice

Preparation:

1) Blend avocado with lemon juice, honey, ginger, mango and ice for a creamy smoothie.

2) You can also add, soaked chia seeds, which is enriched with omega-3 nutrients.

2. Chocolate Avocado Smoothie:
Ingredients:

1) ½ cup avocado

2) 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

3) 1 banana

4) ¼ cup yogurt

5) 2-4 tablespoon milk (optional)

6) ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

1) Blend all the ingredients together until it turns creamy.

2) You can add milk in order to get a thick smoothie.

3) For sweetening the smoothie, you can add honey (if needed) instead of sugar.

3. Avocado Mango Smoothie:
Ingredients:

1) 1 cup mango (peeled and cut into small pieces)

2) 1 avocado

3) ¼ cup milk

4) 2 tablespoon honey

5) 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients together until you get a creamy texture. Serve immediately.

4. Apple And Avocado Smoothie:
Ingredients:

1) 1 avocado

2) 1 green apple

3) 1 cup coconut water

4) ½ banana

5) 2 handfuls of spinach

6) Few ice cubes

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients together until you get a creamy texture and serve immediately.

5. Avocado Blueberry Smoothie:
Ingredients:

1) 1 cup blueberries

2) ½ avocado

3) 2 bananas

4) ½ cup orange juice

5) ¼ cup kale

6) 2-3 cups water

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients for 30 seconds to 1 minute and serve immediately.

6. Raspberry Banana Avocado Smoothie:
Ingredients:

1) 1 cup raspberries

2) ½ avocado

3) 1 banana

4) 1 cup yogurt

5) ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

6) Honey

7) Milk (optional)

Preparation:

1) Blend all the ingredients together.

2) If you are not adding banana, you can add honey for sweetening.

3) You can also add milk if the smoothie is too thick.

7. Avocado Pear Smoothie:
Ingredients:

1) 1 avocado

2) ½ cup drained silken tofu

3) 1 cup pear juice

4) 2 tablespoon honey

5) ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

6) 2 cups ice

Preparation:

1) Blend all the ingredients together until it turns smooth. 

2) Add ice and blend until smooth. 

3) Serve immediately.

8. Avocado Citrus Shake:
Ingredients:

1) 1 avocado

2) 1 banana

3) ½ cup orange juice

4) 2 tablespoon lemon juice

5) 1 cup coconut milk

6) 1 pinch salt

Preparation:

1) Blend everything together until you get a smooth mixture.

2) You can add honey for extra sweetness.
