7 Ways to Quickly Get Rid Of A Urinary Tract Infection

1. Drinking lots of water

3. Vitamin C Supplements

During the beginning stages of a UTI, Vitamin C can help in limiting the infection. It will acidify the urine which will reduce the bacteria from breeding in the bladder. But always make sure to discuss this option with your doctor before you consider it as a daily medication. Some people experience loose bowel movements when they have Vitamin C supplements; If you do too, then stop immediately.

4. Avoid irritants

7. The right underwear

Cotton panties are a better option than nylon because they are a breathable fabric that will prevent moistness and bacteria from breeding. Also, buy the right size that is not too tight fitting. It’s also better not to wear shorts and pants that are tight around the seams.
