7 Foods To Enhance Breast Size

Enhancing one’s breast size doesn’t always mean going under the knife. Apart from silicon pads and botox, there actually are some food items you can consume to get fuller breasts. These items aren’t even extremely to come across, you might actually be using them in your kitchen everyday!

1. Seeds

The main reason for differentiated breast sizes in women is due to different levels of hormones in the body. Cow’s milk in high in hormones such as progesterone, estrogen etc. which are important for mammal reproduction. Foods such as tofu are also known to be high in protein and extremely healthy.

4. Soy

Soy is known to be a secret remedy for a small bust. Since they are rich in phytoestrogens, the hormone helps in breast growth, it’s a one stop remedy. Soy also happens to be abundant in isoflavones which helps combat cancer cells that might develop in the breast tissues.

5. Seafood

Foods such as oysters, prawns, crabs etc. have a tremendous amount of manganese in them. Manganese is known to increase sex drive in both men and women, which is a contributing factor to the creation of the breast tissue. Increasing your consumption of manganese rich food would definitely help increase your bust size!

6. Veggies

Green leafy vegetables seem to be a cure for everything. They contain phytoestrogens which help in formation of breast tissue. Leafy vegetables such as spinach,coriander etc. are also a huge source of natural antioxidants. They are enriched with iron and calcium. Apart from enhancing breast size, they also help in the tone and outward appearance of the bust. Radish is also known to improve blood circulation and flow in the body, especially in the breasts.

7. Nuts

Since nuts such as walnuts, almonds, cashews etc. are known to be a good source of fat and protein, and they have the same effect on the breasts as other fatty foods. While enhancing breast size, they are also known to be extremely beneficial for the heart and the brain, so there are almost no negatives. Always keep a packet of dry fruits and nuts to eat on the go instead of indulging in junk, as they both are equally filling.
