Yogurt has enzymes that can lighten the skin tone and increase the glow. Honey, on the other hand, has antibacterial and moisturizing properties. When yoghurt and honey come together, it forms a powerful pack that pays rich dividends to the skin. 2 tablespoon each of honey and yoghurt should be mixed and added to the skin. The pack should settle in for 15 minutes before it is washed away with lukewarm water. An avocado can be smashed into the mixture to have a better effect. This pack should not be applied more than twice a week.

If one needs a concentrated effort on the skin, it makes sense to make a paste with natural ingredients such as 1 tablespoon of turmeric paste, a quarter cup of gram flour and a pinch of lemon juice or milk.
