5 Skin Problems That Can Be Controlled But Not Cured

Skin problems come in all shapes and sizes and can often be problematic for almost everyone. Though we often try our best to not get affected by any skin problems, we often end up having them. The main reason for this is that there are certain skin problems that just cannot be cured. They exist inside our skin cells from the very beginning and all that can be done is control it. In order to educate you about such problems, we have made a list.

1. Contact Dermatitis

This skin problem is more of an allergy from something or the other that a person might have from some plants, jewellery, soaps, bleach or latex. The only way to control it is to not be in contact with whatever triggers your allergy. Some of the things you can apply to your skin that will minimise the effects are- Neem, Chamomile, Honey and Oats.

2. Melasma

Melasma is the dark pigmentation of the skin and can be caused due to either genetic conditions, exposure to the sun, or hormone imbalance. It can persist for a long period of time and has no permanent cure. But, there are certain home ingredients that you can use on your skin in order to keep the disease at bay. These are- Lemon juice, Apple cider vinegar, Onion juice, Turmeric.

3. Vitiligo

Another common skin problem that most of the women don’t even realise they have is Vitiligo. A flushed out feeling, redness, swelling of the skin, thick skin, pimples, and the appearance of small red lines under the skin are all symptoms of rosacea.
