4. Use apple cider vinegar solution to rinse your hair
Researchers have found that an apple cider vinegar solution has a strong antibacterial and antifungal action. This prevents the excessive growth of dandruff that causes an itchy scalp. All you need to do is that while washing your hair, spray it with an ACV solution. Dilute two to three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water and use it to rinse your hair and then wash it after two to three minutes.
5. Eat nutritiously and follow a balanced diet

So, it is important to ensure that your diet is complete with omega-3 fatty acids. Also, Vitamin-E containing foods like almonds and spinach can also boost hair health.
