Eggs are a powerful source of vitamin D, calcium, and Vitamin B2 or Riboflavin, all of which helps in developing strong bones and a healthy body. Serving egg whites without the fat is a good idea.

A balanced diet is important in increasing height in children but there are other factors which also play a significant role. There is no secret to increasing height over the night. Height can be increased with regular activity like a sport, maybe basketball, swimming, tennis etc.
