Baby nutrition: 5 Awesome Foods For Increasing Height In Children!

Here are some foods that increase the growth rate of your child due to their nutritious ability! A proper diet helps increasing the growth levels in children combined with exercise can really have an impact on the height of the child. 1. Milk


Milk can be consumed plain or mixed with fruit to make it super healthy and delicious. Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height.

Rumour has it that bananas are the best for breakfast. Slice it up and add it to cereal or oatmeal. Banana contains potassium which build bone tissues, increase bone growth and blood flow in the body.

Soybeans contain the highest proteins among all the vegetarian foods. The pure protein contained in soybeans, improve bone and tissue mass. Soybean can be consumed by vegetarians to fulfill their protein requirements. Soy milk for toddlers should be whole soya as it is important for brain development under the age of two. Make sure the soy milk you choose is fortified with vitamin A, vitamin D, and calcium.

They can be eaten scrambled or like an omelette or to keep things exciting make your kids some pancakes! Eggs are a powerful source of vitamin D, calcium, and Vitamin B2 or Riboflavin, all of which helps in developing strong bones and a healthy body. Serving egg whites without the fat is a good idea.


A balanced diet is important in increasing height in children but there are other factors which also play a significant role. There is no secret to increasing height over the night. Height can be increased with regular activity like a sport, maybe basketball, swimming, tennis etc.
