10 Tips To Make Your Skin Glow Without Using Makeup

Makeup isn’t the only thing that will make you look beautiful. Sure, it adds to the package but once that makeup is off you need to look your best. It’s possible to completely avoid using makeup and look beautiful, how?

Well, here are a few tips that would help your skin glow and help you eventually give up on makeup. 

1. Moisturiser

It is important to keep your skin hydrated. Dehydrated skin not only makes your skin look dry but it also tears your skin pores, dry skin is like sandpaper. Moisturizing keeps your skin hydrated and makes it smoother and softer making your skin reflect more light and give it that glow you want.

2. Eat healthier

The healthier the food that goes into your body, the healthier your skin. It might seem easy, but eating healthy is not a light task. Avoid all kinds of fast food and junk food and your body will slowly start detoxifying itself. Your skin needs its vitamins, antioxidants and nutrients to help generate new skin cells, eating healthy will provide you with these necessities.

3. Exercise

This goes with eating well, if you want faster results, you need to start exercising more. Ever wonder how most athletes are flawless? Exercise. When you exercise your body loses its unnecessary toxin through sweat. The more fit your body is, the more toxins your body has removed.

4. Juice Fast

What’s better than eating fruits? Drinking it. If you were looking for a new diet, well we have just the suggestion. Try going on a juice fast, not only does it help you cut down on the weight, but it also detoxifies your body completely. Juice fasts are known to work and their result is a clean healthier looking you.

5. Drink more water

Our bodies are 70% water. It would be a shame if we don’t consume enough water. Drinking water is the easiest and the least expensive method to make your skin healthier. The more hydrated you are the more your skin would glow. According to super model Naomi Campbell “Don’t waste my time, you just have to listen. By the way I want you to drink lots, lots of water. 6. Exfoliate

Dead skin doesn’t look good on anyone, it would make you look dull and lifeless. Exfoliating helps remove this dead skin. If you don’t own a face scrub, now would be a good time to buy one. Exfoliating will help remove the dead skin and also lessen acne scars and prevent pimples from appearing, it helps remove excess of oil from your face.

7. Natural Face masks

They exist and are easy to make. You can use natural ingredients to make a face mask that will detoxify your skin at a minimal price. All you need is One tablespoon cucumber juice, One teaspoon lime juice, One teaspoon turmeric, One teaspoon glycerine (for dry skin). The cucumber helps lightening you skin and reducing any type of sunburn. Mix all ingredients together and apply it on your face for about 15 minutes.

8. Shower Smart

Those daily battles in the morning with the cold water shower shouldn’t always be a bad thing. Just before exiting the shower, turn off the warm water and expose your skin to the cold water, the sudden change in water does wonders for your skin. It opens up your pores and a daily repeat of this would make your skin glow gold with a glistening gleam.

9. Blood Detoxification

Toxins are stored in our blood every day from various foods, pollution and stress. Detoxification is described as a process in which the body neutralizes or removes the unwanted toxins. Detoxification boosts the immune system, improves skin and regulates healthy changes. There are a lot of blood detoxifiers, they taste bad – trust me – but, the end results make it totally worth it.

10. Brighten up that smile

At the end of the day, if you aren’t comfortable with your skin and tone there isn’t much that will help you. You are your only source of help, a little smile would do you wonders. Smiling a lot would definitely brighten up not only you face but everyone else around you. It will relieve you of all your stress and make your day positive. Waking up with a smile would start to have a positive impact on your life.
