Should I avoid massaging my baby if he has a fever and congestion?
if your baby has a mild fever, a massage might offer some relief. Babies, like adults, have body aches when they have a cold, a fever or congestion. A gentle massage can help ease discomfort. But if your baby's fever is over 101 degrees Fahrenheit, go to your doctor first. Once you have the go ahead from your doctor, massage your baby with gentle but firm strokes.
