My child cries very hard sometimes and then draws up her legs as if she is in acute pain. What should i do to reduce this pain?
Your kid is suffering from a condition of blocked intestines which need to be treated immediately. The sooner the condition is diagnosed, the better. The longer you wait, the more difficult treatment becomes. So if you think your child is having intermittent, worsening pain, call the doctor to find out whether to take your child to the office or to the emergency room. If you can't reach the doctor right away, go ahead and take your child to the ER. Intussusception is an emergency that requires skilled medical careit's not likely to go away on its own.
