My baby sleeps well in day but sleeps less in night. What can I do to change this habit?
Babies in between the age group of 0-3 are in their REM cycle and trying to establish a sleeping cycle for themselves. Try having different arrangements of sleeping for day and night. For example, letting baby sleep in the bassinet in the day and in the cradle at night. After one or two days, it will start recognising the patterns and time of the day.It will help them adjust their pattern to this.
